First off thanks to anyone who responded to the post and had positive things to say about me ! Second any one who is from N.J. and has ever shipped out of or picked up parts at Newark ,Penn Station will understand what i went through to get the parts out as cheaply as possible to California (the customers request). A lost cell phone and a new replacement that wasnt much better (thanks T mobile) were partly to blame (my only form of communication with the customer where his contact info was stored) I will agree when buying (and selling ) Get as much info as possible (i have learned my lesson ) also threatning voice mails dont help the communication process. End of story the parts were shipped and tracking provided to the customer . Bob (Robert Nelson)
